Code of Conduct
All CAPES members are required to belong to one of the four professional associations under the CAPES umbrella and are therefore bound by the associations’ various Codes of Ethics.
In addition, all CAPES members must comply with the CAPES Code of Conduct to ensure service to clients, candidates and assignees of the highest levels of compliance, ethics and professionalism.
Following South Africa’s participation at the International Labour Organisation (ILO) conference on international recruitment standards, CAPES adopted a Charter for the industry. All members of CAPES, as well as the members of the four CAPES Associations, are bound by this charter, as adopted in September 2014.
